We are seeking disability support workers who are passionate about caring for others, reliable and committed to join our team and working with participants in Logan and the surrounding suburbs.

We need people who are:
– Are flexible with days and hours and open to all shift types (Monday to Sunday, Morning, Day, Evening & Sleepovers)
– Able to work with multiple participants across the week
– Proactive in their support style and can think outside of the box
– Able to implement and support participant health, fitness & wellbeing goals
– Welcoming, professional, empathetic and able to create a positive and supportive care experience
– Able to communicate effectively, both written & verbal with participants, families, stakeholders, team leaders & management
– Positive about everyday life and can hold a positive mindset and attitude.

Our clients have a range of support assistance that is required and can include, but are not limited to:
– Providing personal care assistance with daily living (Showering, toileting, dressing, feeding, incontinence)
– Community access: transporting and attending workshops, sessions & appointments with participants
– Manual Handling
– Mobility assistance in accordance with participants’ care plans
– Implement and support participant health, fitness & wellbeing goals

A meet and greet will be required at the start to progress through to set shifts. Further information on participants and shift times will be provided after an Interview & Meet and Greet to ensure we have the right fit for our participants.
